Approved arithmetic correction: test-track baseline was stale by the four rows PR #6's regression test added; synced from a fresh measured scan (test 491/unique 401, total 2057). Process lesson banked: baselines are written from measurement, never from expected numbers.

Liberte-approved arithmetic correction: the regression test landed as
PR #6 added four test-track rows (its fn name + three santi_core
use-path tokens) before the I-1 baseline was written from ruling
numbers instead of a fresh scan. test 487 -> 491 (unique 401),
total 2053 -> 2057; wire/internal/core untouched. Written from the
measured scan this time.
