.github becomes .forgejo: guard gains the canon shape (docker leg
consumes setup-negentropy from PerishLab/actions, mac and windows
compile legs), the five-stage release lanes port to the macpool and
vmpool runners (linux packaging moves into the publish container,
artifact actions at v3 with a gather step, stable tags ask the
remote). land speaks the forgejo dialect; gh yields to tea; the
repository field and issue links point home. Secrets are seeded as
placeholders; the public URL variable carries its real value.

The runner resolves no same-instance uses: actions (bare, schemeless,
and absolute forms all fail at setup); the canon returns to the
proven inline block until the runner learns the dialect. The parse
boundary test follows the rehomed help links.
