web: tune for resonance

A core principle arrives: none of the three tools is an affectation -
each was born from a real wound - and this site exists to find
comfortable resonance, not to impress. The copy retunes to that key in
three beats: the wound first (an agent rewrites the file and the
comment above it quietly becomes a lie), the plain claim second, the
poetic line last as a seal for readers who already nodded. House words
now pay a toll on first use per page - atom, bake, and "prices change"
either carry a plain apposition or stay home. The Voice law enters
DESIGN.md. And because agents are visitors too, the prerender now
writes /llms.txt - the doorman's card for the second kind of reader.
