concord.task.absent now carries the active identities with counts, task.ambiguous the identities that collide, and domain.absent the domains that exist. Tests spawn through one seat that clears inherited CONCORD_ variables and redirects the observation report into the fixture; a guard test refuses any test that spawns the binary outside it.
