liberte-recovery

Public, age-encrypted recovery objects for liberte.top.

Plaintext and decryption identities must never enter this repository. Each owning estate contract pins an artifact by HTTPS URL, SHA-256, and byte count. Published assets are append-only facts; a replacement is a different artifact identity.
