Compute visible repeated-label pressure from the pane camera and reveal detail only within a fixed budget. Preserve every topology primitive and accessible description at all scales.\n\nVerified on the real 25-element / 47-connection scene: dense 1.22x pressure 69 stays hidden; sparse 4x pressure 1 reveals detail. Full guard is green.
