Image, Audio, and Video now enter Noema as opaque raw-byte Media. Kind, exact bytes, and identity-bearing metadata define identity; Base64 remains a mutation/storage representation detail. Projection descriptors, exact-content reads, metadata retrieval, durable reopen, and descriptor-level Web presentation share the existing Media boundary.
