Adds ephemeral pane-local MaterializationDemand over focus, disclosed result participants, and detailed viewport Elements. Text and Link content fetches now follow demand with current-Projection caching and in-flight deduplication; topology remains descriptor-complete. Includes pure layout and observer tests plus 40-Media real-browser scale proof.
