release: speak the checker's dialect ... 63f3ba6999

Three gates, one metadata grammar: the artifact keys follow the target
triples the way negentropy's do - darwinArm64, darwinX64, windowsX64.
The verifier walks artifacts generically, and no binary reads the keys;
consumers that tolerated both dialects can retire the tolerance once
every latest speaks canon.
