Remove wake from the ordinary provider tool surface so shell is the single way a soul reaches the world. Constrained surfaces are untouched: a clock strand keeps wake because it is denied shell, and a due feedback barrier keeps it alongside the call that resolves the barrier. The three tests that asserted the ordinary surface move with the contract.
