F1 of the negentropy v0.5.0 adoption (Liberte fanout ruling): regroup
web/src/components from 17 flat entries to 10 by moving each component
into its own directory (Bubble/{Bubble.tsx,Bubble.scss}, ...). The
design organs tokens.scss, media.scss, themes/ keep their lawful roles
at the territory root. Pure move: production dist output digest is
byte-identical, OpenAPI and contract digests unchanged, no barrel or
re-export layer, style/token/wire-seat checks stay recursive. Only the
regenerated source-input manifest changes (canonical paths moved).
