plumb moved to 0.18.7 and this repository's lock still resolved 0.18.5, so
plumb doctor exited out of true. Guard runs doctor as its second step, which
means every pull request opened from here would have failed before reaching its
own changes.

Same debt and same fix as PerishLab/ensign#59; the two repositories drifted
together. Guard was run in full on the committed state and is clean, including
act 7.
