shape: one constitution root, one flat lib ... 858e17cf38

Root keeps only constitution and gates; all fourteen atoms sit flat
in lib/ (fork-history seating dissolved: std/ vs root vs forgejo/
carried no design). forgejo/forgejo.ts stutter gone; the three tea
word debts dissolve into seat/logins/field - negentropy prints a
true clean.
