land: the boundary consumes shield faults (0.3.0)
The land engine declares a land fault family (zero-dep kind phantom):
its nine failure modes throw named kinds - detached, onbase, dirty,
noupstream, behind, empty, toolless, guardfailed, guardpending - and
run(flow).catch(fault.consume(...)) renders each at the boundary. The
messages and exits are byte-identical (land court 6/6). release.ts
self-hosts via @/lib like the other wrappers, dropping a version-coupled
self-reference. Pins @perish/shield@0.1.0.
