Vault::open took six arguments, five of which describe one thing: where
the bucket is and how to sign for it. Shed is that thing, so open takes
the core and the shed.

This is the same missing-struct shape as spec's join, held back last
round because codehull calls it. Checked the blast radius rather than
assuming: across codehull and ensign the only broken call is that one
site. Nothing downstream touches query::run, cap::check, cap::broad,
life::Work or TIE_CAP, all of which also changed shape this session.

param debt is now zero. Debt 19 -> 18, receiver 5 and word 13 left.
