Locus published its crates by hand, which leaves no guard evidence and no ledger readback. It now declares a Cargo release lane for locus-macro, locus, and locus-cli and dispatches the shared release-cargo workflow: version read from the release/<version> ref, canonical guard status required, bilingual changelog gated for a stable version, rehearse before publish.
