bake: consume shield faults, and bake shield's version too
bake declares a bake fault family (answered/unfinding/unclean/unguarded)
and disposes them at a run(flow).catch(consume) boundary, byte-identical.
It also bakes @perish/shield's version from jsr, so releases.json owns
all four products and the version accuracy is self-healing - the earlier
negentropy v0.4.0 drift was just a stale bake, now refreshed to v0.6.0.
